Day 1 - MoveON4 Group Training Day - Intermediate Level: Form configuration

We are pleased to announce the organisation of MoveON 4 training days for Spanish institutions.

The event will be held in Madrid for three days: from June 24th to 26th 2019.
Monday, June 24th 2019:

Day 1: form configuration

Objective of the training session: learn how to use the form configurator to customize any type of form (application, follow-up, relation update).

Who can attend? Intermediate-expert users of MoveON who need to collect information from students, staff or partners in order to import it in the back office.

Program:

1. Introducing important notions linked to the online forms
2. Explaining how the online forms function
3. Presenting different types of online forms
4. Practicing configuration of a form: exercises
5. Explaining how the import functions

Training day schedule:
9h-9h30: Reception of the participants at the institution's main entrance.
9h30-10h30: Training
10h30-10h45: Break
10h45-12h: Training
12h-13h: Lunch break
13h-14h30: Training
14h30-14h45: Break
14.45-16.30: Training
The registration fee for a participant and a day of training will be: € 200 (invoice sent directly to the institution following the usual process). The quote must be returned signed to Raphael Marguerit by email before the date of the training.
