'Digital Awareness' - Fundamentals Session for Construction Industry - (20/03/2019)

The Digital Advancement Academies partner with industry as a key part of our knowledge exchange efforts, allowing industry stakeholders to learn from those who have delivered digital projects and are willing to share both their challenges and their successes.

Digitization can help improve business outcomes by disrupting and unifying the often-isolated approaches within industry, to improve the value of assets both for the professions and society.

The course focuses on providing a high level understanding and insight about digitization (aka. BIM) throughout asset life-cycle. It tries to highlight the importance of Assets and OPEX in the life-cycle.

The session also covers 8 pillars of BIM wisdom and local and international standards in the industry to support each pillar.
