New Dragonfly Gong Yoga Class
I am excited to be able to offer brand new weekly Dragonfly Gong Yoga classes at the wonderful Shanti Bee Wellbeing Centre every Tuesday evening 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm.
Dragonfly Gong Yoga is a blend of yoga and sound to help you tune in to your mind, body and spirit. It is the first time this unique form of yoga - working with the ancient Gong- has been offered in Newcastle.
Led by me Yogi Gill Gosling this class is geared to help you meet the needs of today’s often hectic life styles. I use music to move to - teach asana with a twist and delve into life transforming breathing practices. Suitable for all whether a beginner or advanced.
I am British Wheel of Yoga and Kundalini trained with extensive experience in many yoga paths including Hatha, Kundalini, Dru, Sivananda, the Yogabeats’ way, mindfulness, meditation and pranayama. I have followed my own personal Transcendental Meditation practice for over 34 years. And it works wonders.
This class will help you find your own conscious yoga practice with ease. Have fun as you learn the amazing art of yoga and discover a new you. Your body will love it and your mind will free up. Each session ends with an amazing deep Gong relaxation/meditation. Gill’s students say they go deeper than a Zen Monk. Come and enjoy the experience with a smile.
