Earth Observation Workshop | METS and Mining

FrontierSI is excited to be facilitating an Earth observation workshop hosted by FrontierSI, METS Ignited and CORE Innovation Hub. Registrations are now open to attend the workshop which will focus solely on the Mining Equipment, Technology and Services ('METS') sector.

This workshop is ideal for anyone in mining interested in learning how to use Earth observation ('EO') data across the mining lifecycle and value chain to improve prospecting, operations and mine closure. Or to be able to identify technology companies who solve mining-related problems with Earth observation data, rather than just presenting sales pitches.

Workshop purpose

To help users and non-users of Earth observation (particularly of Geoscience Australia's freely available Digital Earth Australia ('DEA') satellite imagery data and products) understand how EO can be used to improve prospecting, operations and mine closure.
