Eclipse Training - Child Care Practitioners (Not Residential)

The new Eclipse Case Management System will replace the current SWIFT/CCM system.  All staff members will be expected to use this new system to manage their day to day duties.  The new system will go live week beginning 3rd August 2020, this is when you will start using Eclipse to do your day to day tasks.

Children's Services Head of Service has authorised that all staff members be given classroom training appropriate to their role on how to use Eclipse.  Please select a time and date for attendance.

This is a mandatory course and all staff members are expected to attend.

Level 1 - Core Training - This will cover the following:

•  How to access/login to Eclipse

• Search

• Client Record Demographics (including name/address/alias/DOB/ethnicity/telephone number/school/employment/religion/language/hazards/classifications etc)

• Create a Client

• Allocate Worker

• Case Notes

• Closing Cases

• Archive Retention

• Explanation of Work Lists and Forms

• Referral

• Assessment

• Plan

• Review

• Reporter

• Young Carers
