~Mesto na koje dolazimo da se izrazimo, da iznesemo ono što nosimo sa sobom ali na specifičan način – kroz ples. Sve što treba da kažemo možemo reći telom te su reči nepreporučljive. Reči su najčešće vid mentalne komunikacije koju bismo ovih par sati ostavili po strani ne bi li smo uronili u nešto malo drugačije, u intuitivni, osećajni prostor. Suština je da je to mesto za slavljenje i iskazivanje života u njegovoj celosti – od sreće do tuge, ljutnje i ljubavi pa sve do ekstaze!

To je prostor gde se gaji ideja o slobodi, ali onoj slobodi koja poštuje i ne ugrožava druge, a ni sebe
Prostor u kojem je svako odgovoran za sebe a opet deo jednog celog
Prostor kojem se svi nadamo a plašimo se da ga stvorimo, jer šta ako nam se snovi ostvare i sloboda je moguća, makar na sekund?

*Plešemo 26.10.2016. u Kulturnom Centru Rex – Jevrejska 16, Beograd Samo ove srede od 17:00 do 19:00h
*Ecstatic Dance će se inače održavati svake srede od 19:00h do 21:00h

*Na kraju svakog plesa je muzikoterapija - Dushom music
*Molimo vas da ponesite yoga mat za udobnost u muziko terapiji
*Plešemo bosi ili u obući u kojoj ne šetamo po ulici
*Nosimo slojevitu i udobnu odeću

*Komuniciramo pokretima tela – ne koristimo reči
*Opijamo se izrazom svojih osećanja – ne alkoholom, cigaretama i psihoaktivnim supstancama
*Poštujemo sebe, druge i prostor

*Cena je 600 dinara za jedan termin ili 2000 dinara za četiri termina.
*Svako ko je bio barem jednom na radionici, svaki put kada dovede nekoga novog, dobija besplatnu ulaznicu :)

~Ecstatic Dance is a Freeform Movement Temple~

It is a place where we come to express, to share whatever we are carrying within ourselves, in a specific way – through dancing. All that we want to say we can express with our body - meaning that words are not recommended here. Words are most often a medium of mental communication which we would like to leave aside for these two hours so we could dive into something different, a type of intuitive, sensing space. It is a place to celebrate and express life in all of its forms – from pleasure to sadness, anger, love and bliss all the way to ecstasy!

It is a place where we nurture the idea of freedom, but the freedom that respects and does not endanger others or itself.
It is a space where everyone is responsible for themselves and yet a part of a whole
A space of which we dream yet we are afraid to create it because what if our dreams do come true and what if freedom is possible even just for a second?

Important information:
*We are dancing on 26.10.2016. at Cultural Centre Rex – Jevrejska 16, Belgrade. Only this Wednesday from 17:00 to 19:00h
*Ecstatic Dance will normally take place every Wednesday from 19:00h to 21:00h

*At the end of every dance there will be musical therapy - Dushom music
*Please bring your yoga mat to enjoy your time fully during musical theraphy
*We dance barefoot or in shoes we don’t wear outside
*We wear layered and comfortable clothes
*We communicate with body language – we don’t use words
*We get drunk with the expression of our feelings – not with alcohol, cigarettes or psychoactive substances
*We respect ourselves, others and the sacred dancing space

*Price is 600 Serbian dinars for one appointment or 2000 dinars for four during one month.
*Everyone who was at the workshop at least ones, every other time when he brings someone new to the dance, he will have the free entrance to the dance :)
