Our head barista, Lachlan has worked alongside head chef Kaikai Yan to create a unique tasting that celebrates these special characteristics and flavour profiles. In this intimate tasting, two exclusive coffees have been paired with two plates* which have been specifically created to compliment and highlight the coffee’s profile.
