Entrepreneurial Leadership is organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal using proactive entrepreneurial behavior by optimising risk, innovating to take advantage of opportunities, taking personal responsibility and managing change within a dynamic environment for the benefit of the organisation. (Roebuck 2004)
....the key is good leadership to engage staff to perform at their best with less resources in a tougher environment. However even better performance can be delivered by adding an entrepreneurial approach to applying leadership, this enables good leadership to be more effective in a larger number of situations. Entrepreneurial leadership maximises the chance of opportunities to improve being identified and successfully leveraged through the behaviour normally associated with an entrepreneur running a small business. (Roebuck 2011)
