Espresso 101 (Brunswick East) with Sarah

Our Espresso 101 course covers the essentials of espresso brewing ensuring participants leave with a comprehensive understanding and practical skill for making specialty standard espresso-based drinks.

This course is very hands-on and capped at 4 participants per class in order to maximise your time with a commercial espresso machine, grinder and experienced trainer. 

Course Outcomes:

• Extraction theory and using recipes

• Dialling in and grinder management

• Establishing consistent and effective technique

• Milk texturing and basic pouring 

• Espresso machine and grinder cleaning

What can I bring into the event?

It's suggested to have a good breakfast before attending! Workbooks, stationery and endless caffeine supplied.
