Essentials: Espresso or 10-15 hours of experience working with a barista
Learn to prepare high quality Milk and prepare all beverages on an espresso menu.
Learning outcomes include
- Refresher: setup of grinder w/ recipe
- Milk Steaming
- Milk pouring / basic latte art
- Café menu production
- Coffee service standards
- Workflow Practice time
Duration: 3 hours – 70% hands on
Class size: 8 people
The session is held at the Grinders Coffee training centre located at 204 Norton Street in Leichhardt.
