Feel good using the power of gratitude
GRATITUDE is one of the greatest gifts to uplift us and feel wonderful.
It can also be a great support as it puts us in a much stronger emotional space to start tackling those things that may not be going so well.
In tonight’s get together we will
- begin with a gratitude meditation
- do activities to gently place our focus on what we are grateful for
The aim of this session is to pause, take a deep breath, connect to our hearts and re-compose ourselves with more calm, focus and energy, to be better equipped for the next step awaiting our attention.
