This professional development workshop for PCT Fellows is called

"Communicating with Impact and Influence". It follows on from the previous story telling workshop in May to further focus on refining communication styles, which was a strength and passion of Peter Cullen's.

In this workshop, participants will identify communication strengths, understand learning styles, and how your own style connects to the styles and needs of others. The lens of course, is leadership – what these new insights tell us about ourselves, how we work with others (our teams, external stakeholders and managers) and how we influence with impact.

The methods used throughout the day are a mix of traditional – presentations – and participatory – activities, individual reflection, small group work, and plenary discussions. The core learning piece is the 4MAT Learning Type Measure – designed to help people understand and identify the way people learn. It can provide guidance in all situations where learner differences play a role in human communication and interaction. It is not a psychological instrument, rather a gauge of personal inclinations towards one or another approach to learning.

This is a FREE workshop for PCT Fellows.
