Field Educator Professional Development Session - Beginners

This training focuses on the student supervisory relationship, the balance between the various functions and self-care for the student supervision stages of Field Education placement, as well as the requirements of all parties involved in Field Work Placement. These sessions will give you an opportunity to meet other Field Educators and find out more about their experiences of student supervision.

This training is open to social work and non-social work trained staff who take RMIT Social Work students for placement in 2019. Intermediate and Advanced practitioners are encouraged to attend as the training can be modified on the day to suit your skills and experience.
