About the speakers
Andrei Rosca
lived the entrepreneurial roller-coaster since he was 17. More than enough years to realize that excels, P&Ls, cashflows are critical for a business, while keeping sane, both physically and mentally. Also, he disliked accounting since forever, so in the beginning, he searched for classes like “Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers”. That’s what the workshop is all about – a short introduction into startup financial control tools, from a person who is not an accountant, CFO or financial consultant. He is an entrepreneur sharing his experiences. Both pleasant and unpleasant.
Nicoleta Almaj
is the Managing partner of Almaj, Iordache SCA, technology and energy industries-specialized law firm. She has been a business lawyer for more than 15 years, and her practice is currently focused on new technologies. Together with her colleagues, she is working on legal issues regarding transactional matters, M&A, IP, online platforms, FinTech, blockchain, complex IT contract, app development etc.
