Come and join us and get your first workout FREE: Saturday mornings at 7:30am. Workout alongside our community of ordinary people doing awesome things.
There are no complicated lifts, so don’t be scared if its your first time. Our coaches will run you through the moves of the day and help you get a great old fashioned functional workout.
Our qualified and experienced coaches guide our first-timers though the workout to make the WOD (Workout of the Day) challenging but doable for everyone.
