A relaxing  and affordable vacation villa among lush green trees, overlooking the ocean, close  to rivers and within 30 mins from Ocho Rios (the busy tourist area)- this is the perfect location.

We  can accommodate from 2 to 16 guests. For large groups please contact us.

Each booking is customized - you do not share facilities. It's your vacation. A caretaker is on site and a housekeeper/cook at your request. Some of our large group guest take the entire property for their family and friends. Its up to you.

**Conditions for booking:

Our property is safe and peaceful and below guidelines will support a wonderful vacation for all.

• Limit of one Gift-Certificate per booking. Certificates cannot be combined or transferred. 
• One certificate per family or group staying per booking
• All guest are subject to house rules as guided on booking website and on confirmation
• Special blackout dates apply to accomodation  and certificate use on public  holidays
• Group bookings at  additional costs. Contact Sandy to review request. 
• Although Certificates can be used during the stated time period, there are a limited number of free nights applicable for Certificates for 2020. The Certificate use is only valid with a confirmed booking. The owner does not gurantee a booking with free night unless the booking has been confirmed.  
• Payment optios to secure bookings are available. Contact us for further details. All payments are made through Airbnb. When booking please refer to the Certificate number to apply the free night discount.
• Companies may request more than one certificate on approval.
• Additional discounted rates may apply to costs on finalization of booking for groups of 10 or more.
• Property rules must be followed or certificate and booking will not be valid.
