Fun with Ceramics | Age 8-12 years
Course overview:
This 8 weekl term class is available after school or Saturdays. Students enjoy learning about sculpture and ceramics as you make some creative artworks in clay. Through structured activities and projects students will develop whole range of clay hand building techniques to make some fun sculptures and functional ceramics. Students build their skills and confidence week by week in a fun and creative space and learn about working with clay and glazing techniques. Activities are age appropriate and structured around hands on practice of foundation skills, creativity and experimentation. Students will complete several projects across the term. Some artworks will be kiln fired and glazed.
Note that this class focusses on clay handbuilding, students will

General visitor parking is also available opposite Unit 4 (under the trees). Tandem parking is in operation in the visitor parking, so please leave a note on your car if you park someone in for any length of time. There is plenty of unmetered on-street parking available.
It is important to remind you to only park in the signposted Art Est. spaces OR the general visitor parking. Please do not park in front of any other tenant’s premises. This includes loading dock next door as this is in use 24 hours/7 days by our neighbours.
