The purpose of our milk training module is to provide the user with sufficient theory and technique to consistently produce excellent textured milk.

• A detailed demonstration of the equipment involved in texturing milk.

• The theory behind and process of steaming milk. 

• Practical training in steaming milk to industry standards.

It's suggested to have a good breakfast before attending! Workbooks, stationery and endless caffeine supplied.
