For people who have or have had cancer.  6 week class on therapeutic yoga with Naomi Daikin. Designed to soothe the mind and body, internally massage and gently stimulate the lymphatic system, increase endorphins and decrease stress hormones.
Tuesdays 5:15pm-6:45pm.
