Join Never Never Distilling Co and Cheese-a-Holics for an incredible cheese pairing masterclass featuring some truly special cheeses and delicious cocktails.

Lauretta (owner of Cheese-A-Holics and Cheese-A-Holics Cheese Festival) has been in the world of Cheese for over 12 years, a cheese maker for most of that and has been in the hospitality industry as a Chef for over 20 years!

We love a great collaboration and Lauretta is a local legend with a creative passion for all things curd.

This experience will highlight 4 incredible cheese variants and pair them with tasters of some of our favourite gin cocktails, all made with Never Never gin. You will also take home the recipes for each drink to recreate your own pairing experience.

Tickets for this will sell very quickly and seats (and cheese) are limited! All attendees will also recieve a $10 discount on the purchase of any gin on the day from our gin shop.
