Gin Making Class at Brogan's Way Distillery

Distill a unique gin live. During this two and a half hour session, our master distiller Brogan, will guide you through her approach to developing new gins, her way of selecting the botanicals and the Brogan's Way gin making process before you join her in making a "micro" batch of gin using her benchtop R&D still. Be part of the distillation process as you work with Brogan to select botanicals for the creation of this one of a kind gin.

Once the distillation is underway you will get the chance to taste all the gins she has produced whilst keeping your strength up with some tasty snacks from our bar - cheese and charcuterie tasting boards, bread, dips and fresh fruit.

As the distillation continues you will learn more about the art of distilling as and also taste the newly created gin spirit as it comes fresh off the stiil.

Following the workshop Brogan will hand bottle the "unique gin" made that day and a 500ml bottle (RRP$82) will be posted to each participant you soon afterwards.

Class sizes are kept small to maximise the experience for attendees so early bookings are encouraged.

 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend this event. 

 What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Brogan’s Way is located at 61 North St Richmond, VIC 3121, and is less than a 10 minute walk from these tram stops:

48 TRAM | STOP 22 | BRIDGE RD, 75 TRAM | STOP 22 | BRIDGE RD

Offsite street parking is also available.

 What's the refund policy?

Due to the planning and reseources required for these events, we can only offer a refund on tickets cancelled more than one week before your scheduled tour. Date changes also require at least 7 days notice. If you would like to cancel or exchange your tickets, please email ben@brogansway.com.au
