About the Founder
Johnny was an ex-Air Traffic Specialist in the Singapore Air Force specializing in Air Traffic Control and Air Defense. He left the force after completion of his contract. Being an IT specialist specializing in Linux platforms, he started Hermits Group Inc where he managed a team of system developers in Miami Florida United States, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
He then diversified into F&B and built a successful food business selling mid-range Mediterranean and Western food. In his spare time, he has been brewing intensively both Gruit Beer and fruit wine for the past 5 years, and has perfected a recipe that is ready to be launched to the masses.
