ABOUT THE EVENT

Come and boogie in the streets of Adelaide. Everyone wears headphones (supplied) and can hear the fun commentary and the dance-mix of uplifting faves from the 70's, 80's, 90's & 00's

Enjoy 'Interpretative Dancing', 'Spontaneous Flash Mob' dancing, hilarious commentary and lots of crazy stuff to open the ‘laughter meridians’.

The tour goes for 50 mins.

YOUR TOUR GUIDE

Guru Dudu has recently trained up a team of local Adelaide-based tour guides who will enchant you with their own unique charms. We have Disco Diddi, Boogie Jo Jo and The Nom Bom

WHAT TO WEAR

Please come light-handed as we will be on the move a lot around the city. Wear comfortable dancing shoes.

DON'T BE LATE

Aim to arrive 5 minutes early to get your headset sorted and start to 'vibe-in'.

Once we leave the starting point, you may miss the tour if you are late.

LOCATION

Meet on the steps outside the front of the Museum of SA.

Catch public transport to avoid the peak hour traffic.

BOOKINGS

You are advised to book as we have limited number of headsets. You are also welcome to try your luck and walk-up and pay on the day - subject to availability of headsets.

WEATHER CONTINGENCY

If the weather is showery, the disco will go ahead - we will duck for cover and choose dry places to dance. In the event of a cancellation due to extreme weather, all tickets will be refunded.

UPCOMING DATES

Guru Dudu will run more Silent Disco Tours throughout the year in different locations. Join the mailing list here to stay updated. Check out the current calendar at www.gurududu.org/gigs.

SAFE DANCING GUIDELINES

Please be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of others while on the tour. The headphones decrease your ability to hear regular noises on the street so it is important that you listen and adhere to the safety instructions of the host at all times, in particular in regards to road safety.

The headphones are fitted with a volume switch so you can adjust the sound to an appropriate level for your safety and enjoyment.

As the tour will cover a variety of physical terrains we ask that you take responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing (e.g. avoiding slippery surfaces, not climbing on any objects that are off the ground, etc)

Please also take responsibility to move within your own physical limits while participating in the tour.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted on our tours in the interests of everyone's safety. The host reserves the right to discontinue the tour should the participants not be attending to the advice around safety.

DISCLAIMER

All tour attendees participating in a Silent Disco Walking Tour do so at their own risk and waive any liability claims against Guru Dudu Productions. This includes personal injury as well as loss, damage or theft to any participants property while they are participating in a tour.

Any child under 12 years must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.
