This global event will see the coming together of leaders and organizational change-makers that are passionate about marrying organizational success to the happiness of their people.

The event will loosely follow an unconference model that uses mediums and immersive techniques like discussions, case studies, meditation, musical performances, workshops, and interviews.

This event is ideal for HR professionals, senior leaders and business/executive coaches with a background in areas such as Organizational Culture, People and Change Management or Human Resources. We also encourage students and fresh graduates from relevant educational backgrounds to participate.
