Price includes a 45min workshop making your own take home detox remedies and products for better health, enjoy cold pressed juice on arrival, fruit platter and nibbles for lunch, plant based food from local cafe for light dinner, intensive heart healing circle work, detox/health coaching and education, meditation, empowering through human connection experience, 1 hour sound/or other healing modality session, outdoor nature connection, emotional detoxing methods practised and guided body movement techniques to release toxins or stress.
Learn simple techniques and tips to take home with you to continue your journey to better health, whilst connecting with Tami Jane and other self healing tribe members. FInd your rhythm again in self care and love. Come home to self to start your healing journey. 
This is a day to fully focus on you, your mind and its relationship with your body. Connecting you to a place of calm and full Inner Connection.
