SA Health MTLF Skills Refresher - Patient Handling (includes bed moves) RAH

This session is open to SA Health Manual Tasks Facilitators who have completed the 2 day Facilitator course in 2017 or earlier irrespective of their work location.

Most suitable for but not limited to Nurses, PCA’s, Allied Health, Aged Care etc.

Session content will be flexible and determined by needs of participants and equipment / resources available on the day. 

The session will cover a range of tasks depending on group preferences and available equipment. These may include: repositioning in bed, in / out of bed, other transfers and use of equipment (slide sheets, lifters, pat slides, air assist technologies etc.) .
