The highly sensitive child with Sheridan Eketone and Jenny Hale.
Some children face an extra layer of challenges just because their brain works in a different way. Is it possible that you are parenting one of the 15 to 20 percent of children who are born highly sensitive? Do you have children who startle easily, are unsettled with changes, notice the distress of others and complain about scratchy clothing? This presentation will help you identify if you are parenting a highly sensitive child and what to do if you are.
Sheridan and Jenny will share insights and tips to help you understand and enjoy these children, to bring out the best and avoid some of the factors that overwhelm these lovely children.
This workshop covers the challenges in the early (0-6) and middle (6-12) years.
