Holotropic Breathing

In this 2 hour session we use deep connected breathing techniques as a form of self discovery, also known as Holotropic Breathing or Rebirthing.
The breath is the link between the conscious and the un-consciousness and serves as a very powerful and transformational tool.
The circular and fast breathing activates the healing potential of the human psyche and expands your energy-field.

From Birth and while we grow up we experience often pain which we avoid to feel by shutting down the breath. In the breathing session we can get in touch with these feelings and the tensions that are stored in the muscles and the nervous-system and by breathing through it we can release them and experience a deep sense of relaxation and connectedness.

The Breathing is like a journey through the layers of our emotions, unconscious thoughts, feelings and states. We can often experience deep states of bliss and extasy, as we can access to our creative potential beyond the mind.

I like to invite you to this deeply touching and heart-opening journey that allows you to reconnect with your essence and the center of who you are.

About myself:
I am a licensed Psychotherapist (HPG) trained in Humanistic Psychotherapy as well as Integrative Energy Therapy (after Barbara Ann Brennan) and I have a therapeutic practice in Ibiza.
I accompany people on their way to more consciousness, to free themselves from limiting patterns and help them connect to their essence, inner strength and wholeness.
