This workshop is targeted at senior HR practitioners or managers who have an active and critical role driving HR change in their organisation.
New decade | New Challenges for HR
We will explore the changes that are facing HR in 2020. Changes arising out of fundamental shifts in the way we work and how organisations do “business”. The business world is changing and if HR is to remain relevant, we need to change too.
Why is HR Change So Difficult?
If you work in HR you will know that there are many “people experts” in your organisation and equally as many resistors to any changes that you might propose. We will discuss some of the barriers and why HR might be our own worst enemy!
How can we do it differently?
Reimagine HR shares their approach for driving positive and meaningful HR change. Getting the HR team ready. Getting the organisation on board. Understanding what’s changing. And sense checking whether we are making the right decision.
Reimagining HR | Reimagining Change
Often, HR Transformation programs are so big, and the tasks so daunting, that they rarely successful. We will brainstorm some of the realistic and simply changes that you could be making right now! Bringing insights from game changers in our HR community, and thought leaders like you!
At the end of the session you will have a good understanding of the essential considerations for making HR changes and how HR might be done differently moving forward. It’s time!
