AN INTIMATE DINNER WITH PIGGS PEAKE WINERY  

Websters Bar has teamed up once again with Steve from Piggs Peake winery in the Hunter Valley to Bring us an amazing line up of some of his most passionate vintages. Alongside a personalised Hunter Valley inspired set dinner menu Steve will be walking us through the inspiration and flavours behind 5 personally selected bottles show casing a unique opportunity for some one on one Q&A with an eccentric and charismatic wine maker, plus your very own bottle of Suckling Pigg Shiraz to take home.

THE FOOD

Golden fried salmon and crab cake, sauce gribiche and pickled fennel

Piggs Blood (Wine) braised beef, beetroot Purée, horse radish mash, green beans and toasted hazelnuts.

Each ticket purchase will have full and exclusive access to our prohibition themed whisky lounge where you will be walked through each wine by the man behind the wine himself, Steve Langham whilst dining on a delicious paired dinner made fresh by our award winning chef and his team. You will also have full access to our fully stocked with a range of craft beers and a back bar of over 900 whiskies including a full range of Piggs Peake wine selections. You will also be given an exclusive first pick of bottles from the Piggs Peake winery to choose from and take home Alongside A free bottle of 2020 Suckling Pigg Shiraz

 Tickets are for 1 seating only, there will be 2 seating's each lasting an hour and a half. There will be strictly a 10 persons max for each seating. Our events will be complying with current social distancing practices.
