You will learn physiology of birth and the mental and emotional aspect of giving birth, understand about what you can do to achieve a Safe, Healthy and Calm birth experience, provide a gentle and harmonious beginnings for you and your baby. 10.50am: Experiencing Hypnosis by Isa Faber - Midwife
11.05am: HypnoBirthing in a Hospital Setting by Kiki Porter -Midwife
11.20am: Birth Stories and The Lessons by Ms Kong Choon Yen, Doula follow by HypnoBirthing parent's sharing
12.00pm: Q & A
12.25pm: Closing
