I Love Jamu

Hi friends and like minded souls of plant medicines, I would love you to attend the "I Love Jamu" events where I will talk about Jamu and demonstrate some tonics for you.
If you have some burning questions about Jamu, or want to find out once and for all what it is, I will answer those questions and more.
Jamu is the Indonesian and Indo Malay practice of natural plant remedies. The term "Jamu" refers to the many kinds of tonics made from gingers, plants and herbs.
I will discuss the different tonics and how to use and make them "palatable". Yes, some plant based tonics can be bitter!
I have been working with plants for over 35 years as a horticulturist and plant medicine therapist. Come hear my own personal stories around plant medicines and hear how these Jamu tonics and plant based juices and teas have kept me fit and well all these years.

The " I Love Jamu" events is an integral part of my mission to support women with education and empowerment to take charge of their health and get out of fear.
