Introduction to End-to-end Machine Learning Pipeline

Context:

Bulk of the AI4I programme has had you dwell within DataCamp's environment in having to learn the fundamentals and basics of data science and AI. What we aim to do through this workshop is to have you all utilise the skillsets (which you have picked up in a modular manner) and combine all of it to construct a basic end-to-end pipeline, as opposed to having a heavy focus on machine learning modelling. The workshop will cover the following aspects:

• Extract-Transform-Load Pipeline
• Basic Feature Engineering & Modelling
• Deployment of Model

By the end of the workshop, we would have created our own API service that allows us to utilise a basic machine learning model created by ourselves.

These topics will rely on the knowledge that you have acquired through the following specific DataCamp courses belonging to the "Data Scientist with Python" track:

• Courses 1 to 10
• Courses 11 and 12
• Course 18

The above courses are important for your understanding of the content covered during the workshop as they cover the most fundamental aspects of the workshop's topic. However, you are not required to complete these courses before attending the workshop.
