Stretchtone is no-impact, isometric toning for all ages and levels of ability. It blends the flexibility of yoga with the toning of Pilates, but the difference is ... the pulse. And you'll look like you've lost weight after just a few sessions!
This is a beginner level workshop for most levels of ability. (You do need to be able to get on and off the floor to participate fully, but stools are provided if you need assistance.)
Workshop includes:
- Introductions, and the origins of Stretchtone
- Gentle stretch sequence done lying on the floor (you get this to take home on paper and an audio link
- morning tea (paleo-style muffins, filtered coffee, herbal tea)
- full beginner-level class, with plenty of time for questions
- 10% discount off your first six or 10-class package, if booked within 48 hours of the workshop (EFTPOS and credit card available if you'd like to purchase after the workshop. Seven classes per week to chose from; five months to do either package.
