You will go through and build scrolling shooter games, endless runner games and platform games, just to mention a few.

Level 1
This course is designed for kids who have done some coding before and have a passion for making computer games. This course focuses on the basic concepts around game design, sprites, collision events and will have them making games in no time.

Level 2
Building on concepts and knowledge gained in the “Introduction to Game Design Level 1” course, your child will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how to make a game. Level 3
The third part of the Introduction to Game Design courses, this course builds on the skills developed in the previous 2 parts. In this course they will take their gaming design skills to the next level with the introduction of scrolling backgrounds, simple AI mechanics, complex collision events, sprite changes, and much more in the aim of creating a scrolling shooter game of their own creation.

Level 4
The final part of the Introduction to Game Design courses, this course builds on all the skills they have gained in the previous courses. Here, they will take their gaming design skills to the next level through the creation of platformer style games using more complex controls, gravity, player tracking, multiple rooms etc.
