Good supervision habits lead to good graduate outcomes, and are usually the product of time and experience. This workshop is designed to address your needs by providing practical information and exercises that will empower you to reflect on your practice and develop your skills further.
This workshop is intended primarily for academics who are new to graduate supervision, those who are building their supervision experience, and those who may be new to La Trobe and not yet familiar with the university’s processes and expectations around supervision. Experienced supervisors are, however, very welcome to attend, and may find the workshop beneficial in refreshing their supervision practice.
