Introduction and Training on e-Register System for Notaries Public

The Singapore Academy of Law (Amendment) Rules 2019 and the Notaries Public (Amendment) Rules 2019 will take effect on 1 October 2019.

As part of the new changes, Notaries Public will need to use the e-Register to issue notarial certificates. To assist Notaries Public with the transition to the new system, SAL will hold a series of training workshops in the coming weeks. Each session will take around two hours and is complimentary. Refreshments will be provided. Please register for a session below.

The objective of the training session is to assist notaries public on how to use the e-Register to:

• digitally issue notarial certificates
• digitally record their notarisations
• apply for authentication services online
• retrieve past notarisation and authentication records
• retrieve online invoices
