Introductory FREE Reiki Talk + Healing Meditation

Our regular Reiki talks introduce you to Usui Reiki and how this amazing healing therapy helps you to destress, find balance & peace, relax and heal yourself. The talk includes an ‘attunement’ to Reiki where you will be able to experience the Reiki flow through your own hands. It is followed by a hands-on group healing for you to experience giving and receiving Reiki energy. Post the session, you will have several weeks to play with the energy and see for yourself how healing it is.

Pooja Arora, the speaker for the evening, is a Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Silva Method Instructor, Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist and Age regression Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and a Meditation guide. She specialises in helping people reach their highest potential, create a life of their design, heal from past traumas and patterns, relationship issues, generational energy cleanse, managing loss or grief and variety of other physical, emotional or spiritual challenges.
Pooja came to natural healing modalities in her early life, when an accident left her with a debilitating injury almost making it impossible to walk. She credits Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and mind-body-healing techniques like the Silva Method to help her not only tackle her injuries then, but also guide her through various physical, emotional and spiritual ups and downs in the last 20+ years.
