What kind of yoga do I offer?
If you are attracted to trying a mindful yoga to find freedom and strength of movement in body , and calm, clarity and harmony of mind , then please do come along .
A practice where we will explore breath, posture and meditation.
If you are interested in an intuitive yoga where the posture is no longer the goal , instead a deep listening to body and its natural rhythms, to cultivate strength, aliveness and vitality of body and mind.
These classes can help address back issues, injury, insomnia , stress, digestive issues and more ....
All bodies are welcome , and an open mind and curiosity to explore beyond the objective of the posture is welcome.
This is the first session in a block of 6 weeks - if you choose to participate in the following 5 weeks the cost is €50. First Wednesday session for free !
