The Bay Street Theater has been haunted for many years. It was built in 1916 and was originally used as a vaudeville theater and also previously named the State Theater . Many claims of hauntings such as loud screams and sightings of a man hanging from the balcony. Lights turning on and off, and the area under the stage called the hole has a lot of activity.
