Investor Series: Investible IP
Intellectual property that is unique and defensible is central to success in startup and scaleup investing - but knowing where the point of defensibility lies, or how to identify a competitive edge through IP can be less clear.
This boardroom lunch addresses the critical points of defensible intellectual property, what to look for when assessing an investment's IP, and tips for working with startups and scaleups as an investor. Attending as a startup, you will come away with a grounded understanding of the essentials to protect and leverage for growth.
