Ivaki Vallejo

Singer and composer Iaki Vallejo was born in Colombia and currently lives in Australia. Iaki blends many different styles into her compositions, including Afro-Colombian rhythms, jazz, funk, salsa, afrobeat, neo-soul and reggae.

Charisma and power are key words to describe Iaki's stage presence and performance. Her strong energy and voice combined with her sensual dancing are sure to have everyone engaged with her music.

At present, she is immersed in the promotion of her latest singles "India soy, negra soy" and "María se fue", in preparation for the release of her EP on 21 July, the same day she will be celebrating with an unforgettable show at Bird's Basement.

Latin music is a world unto itself and Iaki and her 7 piece band are the perfect gateway to this rich musical world bringing a sense of fun, a dash of drama and vibration of sensuality.
