Billetter koster 250,- per person, og inkluderer minst fire glass med kvalitets-sake, innføring og samtale om sake, samt japansk snacks. To av sakene vi skal smake er de eneste to som er prisbelønnet på IWC konkurransen i London tidligere i år, fra et bryggeri utenfor Japan - og vi er veldig stolte av at et lite sake-bryggeri (det første i Europa og verdens nordligste) har fått en slik oppmerksomhet.

Tickets are 250,- per person and include at least four glasses of top sakes from Nøgne Ø brewery, brewed according to traditional brewing method of Yamahai, an in-depth talk and Japanese snacks. Two of the sakes are the only two awarded at IWC competition in London this year from a brewery outside Japan or brewery without Japanese capital and we are very proud that a small sake brewery (the first one in Europe and the world's northernmost) can achieve such an honor.

About the Host

Kaori Ishii has actively organized Saké tastings in New York City where she worked for the United Nations for more than ten years before moving to Scandinavia in 2011. She is a certified Saké Educator accredited by London based Saké Sommelier Association and organized the first Certified Saké Sommelier Course (CSS) in Europe outside London.

She joined Nøgne Ø, the first Sake brewery in Europe and the Northern most sake brewery in the world from May 2015 to promote taste sensation and joy of hand-brewed Yamahai Sake from Norway.
