Junior Rangers Minibeast Discovery- Echuca Aquatic Reserve

Discover what lurks beneath the surface of a lagoon! Explore a lagoon with a ranger and search for the minibeasts that call it home. Get to know some tiny critters, what they mean to our environment, and peer through a magnifying glass into the world of a minibeast. What will we find? Are our streams are healthy? Become a Junior Ranger to solve this mystery.

This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent, and wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Participants may get wet.

Meet at the Echuca Moama Visitor Information Centre, 2 Heygarth Street, Echuca. Be prepared for a short walk into the Aquatic Reserve behind the Information Centre.
