Justice of the Peace - Balmain Library About this Event JPs are available to witness a person making a statutory declaration, witness a person making an affidavit or to certify that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate copy. Booking times are based on the average length of service, however, your booking may be delayed if the person before you requires additional time. Where the maximum number of customers in the centre has been reached you may be required to queue outside of the centre.
