The City of Bayswater proudly presents its next Community Upskillers workshop; Keeping Sane facilitated by Deb from Brain Ambulance.

Learn ways to increase mental health awareness and overall wellness. At this session, participants will discuss positive and challenging experiences and will have an opportunity to prepare a self-care plan for the future.

FREE workshop with light refreshments supplied, please book as spaces are limited.
