Parents and children are invited to join the Bushland Team for a bush walk through Balls Head Reserve these school holidays.
Children will be encouraged to use their senses along the trail, to feel the rough texture of the Hawkesbury Sandstone outcrops, the smooth bark of the sydney red gums, to listen to the flittering scrubwrens, to spot the large brown arboreal termite mounds and to smell the aromatic oils of the tea trees.
Free of charge. Please wear enclosed shoes and sun protection.
Meet in the car park at the top picnic area.
