Embracing the research conducted by Brené Brown, with leaders, change-makers and culture shifters, Phillip Ralph, Managing Director, The Leadership Sphere, is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Phil and his co-facilitator deliver the two-day Dare to Lead™ Program in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. What makes Phil’s delivery of the program unique is that he provides ongoing coaching and support to ensure the learnings are integrated and to help you move from armoured leadership to daring leadership.

Dare to Lead™ is designed for individuals and teams who are ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armour and show up with whole hearts in their work and life. Intuitive and interactive facilitation will guide the group through the actionable and measurable skill sets of daring leadership. This two-day workshop, Dare to Lead™, is an empirically based courage-building program based on the most significant findings from Dr Brené Brown's latest research which points to the fact that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets. This interactive, engaging, and potent workshop will invite participants to deepen their ability to move from armoured leadership to daring leadership in any arena.

Will Brenè Brown be in attendance?

This workshop is facilitated by Phillip Ralph, the Managing Director at The Leadership Sphere who is a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, as well as a support facilitator. Phillip Ralph recently attended Brenè Brown's Facilitator training in the United States and is now able to deliver this exciting and innovative program himself.

Can we customise an in-house program?

Absolutely! As accredited Dare to Lead™ facilitators (with the highest accreditation status), we are able to customise the program, including running it in shorter blocks.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at the venue. 

What can I bring into the event?

Just yourself. We supply workbook, pens, and delicious food.

Do we receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes! Upon completion of the 16-hour Dare to Lead™ program, you will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put a Dare to Lead™ trained badge on your LinkedIn account.

What's the refund policy?

We do not offer a refund before the workshop, however, you are able to transfer your seat to a colleague or change workshop locations if needed (and space is available). If you are not 100% satisfied after the workshop, we will gladly refund 100% of the workshop price.
