This workshop is part of a range of training and support for managers and owners of businesses and organisations in the Adult Social Care industry in Devon. This workshop is 1 of 10 in our Leadership Development Programme.
It is designed to provide advice, guidance and insight into working in partnership and collaboration with your many stakeholders. There are oportunities for growth and improvements through better working practices and relationship management.
The workshops are for Managers and Leaders of Care Homes. The workshops are designed for managers and Leaders who have day-to-day operational responsibilities for their service.
This workshop will cover the following:
Approaches to stakeholder, customer and supplier management
Co-design and co-production of services
Building rapport and trust
Developing networks
The series of workshops have been designed to work as a Programme, so do please attend as many as you can. You can of course dip in and out of the series too. The aim is to support you to explore your service and practice in a safe setting, bringing together theory and practice. There is plenty of opportunity for peer learning and mentoring during the sessions. Attendees will gain a certificate of attendance to add to their evaluation portfolios and the course content supports the knowledge needed to gain your Management Qualification as it links directly to the National Occupational Standards for Registered Managers.
Each workshop is restricted to a maximum of 3 managers or leaders from one organisation.
