2-day Leading SAFe® training (in English) enabling a SAFe® Agilist 4.6 certification.
A 3rd (optional) day builds on this in a small group.

How SAFe empowers businesses to compete in today's marketplace:

2 Days Training - Leading SAFe (Wed-Thu)

What new skills and mindset does a leader need in the 21st century to lead an Agile organisation? How can a leader and manager not only survive the move to organisational agility but drive change, ensure results and increase their own and their employees job satisfaction?

Agile, Scrum, Kanban are all great for a few small teams ... but how can an organisation take advantage of them at scale (anything over 50 people)? How can a medium to large-size company ensure they compete against small, Agile disruptors who can offer great products matching ever-changing customer needs with very short delivery lead times?

Becoming a truly Lean enterprise can make the difference between just surviving and thriving in a world driven by digital transformation.

The Implementation Workshop - The best Friday you've ever invested...

The LEGO(r) Serious Play(r) methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance.

It is based upon scientifically proven methods to achieve excellent results in interpersonal, creative and reflective situations.

And it is Fun!

In the optional 3rd day workshop we will explore the topics from the 2 day training in more depth and put them in the context of your specific organisation. You will identify key opportunities and challenges and create specific solution ideas for them.

You will leave feeling challenged, invigorated and with a clear understanding of how you can put the Scaled Agile Framework to work and turn yourself into a true Agile Leader.

Spaces are limited to ensure a great result.

Note: This is NOT the same as an Implementing SAFe training

Your Trainer

Mike Foster is a certified SAFe Program Consultant since 2016 and a trained facilitor of LEGO Serious Play methods since 2018. His passion is helping leaders to enable their organisations to deliver better results. Before dedicating his time to Agile coaching he spent over a decade helping financial institutions and software companies to transform their quality assurance, production operations and DevOps (before we talked about DevOps) to become more effective and efficient. He has lead organisations of various sizes himself as well as consulted and coached many more.

Possibly most importantly: he has been a department head charged with leading a team transforming with SAFe - he has hands-on, personal, real-life experience of the challenges involved.

Mike has trained over 150 people in the Scaled Agile Framework and his attendees have a greater than 95% pass rate for Leading SAFe.
